My Cane Corso, Azul, has developed scabs that fall out with hair, leaving round spots smaller than a dime, and his tail hair is being chewed off. He was at a 5-week board and train and developed this condition two weeks ago. He is 13 months old and last saw a vet in June. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Chole, is diabetic and after receiving insulin this morning, she is lethargic and shows no interest in getting up. She will eat if hand-fed but otherwise remains inactive. She was taken outside and walked a bit but just laid down. Her appetite was great this morning, and her stool was fine. She is a 9 1/2-year-old rescue dog who is blind but has been doing well. This behavior is very unusual for her. What could be causing this and what should I do?
