My dog has been having diarrhea for nearly a week, with declining energy and appetite, occasional vomiting, and occasional blood in the stool. He also occasionally scoots his butt on the floor. What can I do to help him until his vet appointment tomorrow?

My dog, Ace, a 4 1/2-year-old American Bully weighing 70-75 lbs, has started pooping out blood. This morning it was just a little with diarrhea, but now it’s only blood coming out. He was drinking water just fine this morning but hasn’t been drinking much since. He hasn’t vomited and his gums look normal. He’s not bloated and it doesn’t hurt him to grab his stomach. Recently, he had been attacked by a dog and got a big abscess on his face, which was drained and treated with antibiotics about two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
