My six-year-old miniature schnauzer, Sweetie, has been panting with her tongue hanging out, especially while resting on the sofa. She also had some quivers during the night. She has been spayed since December 2014 and has no cough. Her panting comes and goes. What could be causing this and what should we look out for?
