My 45lbs Bernedoodle, Murphy, ate a handful of grapes 7 hours ago and has a hot spot under her chin. She has been fine since the grape incident, but the hot spot needs attention. Can I give her Trazodone 100 MG, and is it safe to use Neosporin on the hot spot?
