My dog, Rocky, is vomiting foam, has possible blood in his stool, sometimes wanders in circles, and has no appetite. He was lethargic and didn't eat for two days after his lead broke and he was missing for about two hours. He was normal for two days but then became lethargic again with some vomiting of mucus, and now the initial symptoms have returned. I also gave him his heartworm medication yesterday. What should I do?
