My dog is pregnant and going into labor. She is breathing heavily, panting, has swollen and blood-red eyes that seem to bulge out, and she is not drinking water. What should I do?

Yesterday, my dog ate a little rat poison (JT Eaton 704-PN Bait Block). I saw green stuff in his poo at sunset at the dog park. I think he shook the trap/container and was able to get some of the poison out of the locked container. He's not showing any symptoms. Has the dog vomited since he ate the rat poison? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you? I have a poo sample and some of the poison if that's what he ate. My dog is 75 lbs and he only seemed to eat a little poison. Is it really necessary to take him to the Emergency vet?
