My father is watching my dog for the week and sent me a picture of her paw. It appears her nail got caught in something and caused a cut/tear. Was curious if we needed to take her to emergency or if I could keep my current appointment which is set for Thursday. There is minimal blood and he said he sprayed the wound with antiseptic first aid spray and wrapped it in gauze. Also said she isn’t limping or appearing to be in pain but was trying to lick/clean the wound before he wrapped it up.
