My 14-year-old Australian Shepherd, Buster, is off balance, sometimes falls over, and shakes his head several times a day. I suspect he has an inner ear infection and it's been going on for a couple of weeks. He also had a fall down the stairs around the time his symptoms started. What should I do?

My dog, Puff, was diagnosed with ketoacidosis diabetes on 9/29/21. I started giving her insulin, and on 10/1, the vet put a FreeStyle Libre on her. On 10/11, they checked her glucose and adjusted the insulin dose. On 10/25, they only checked her glucose with the FreeStyle Libre and did not provide any information about her condition. I think she is going blind. What should I do next?
