I have 3 dogs: a Pomchi, a Lab mix, and a Chihuahua mix. My 6 lb Pomchi, Milo, is throwing up constantly, and my Chihuahua mix is having swelling like allergies. My other dog is completely fine. What can I do to help them before our vet appointment in the morning?

My 5-year-old dog, Lexi, has had diarrhea since Friday evening. We did liquids only for 24 hours and gave her some rice yesterday, but she still has diarrhea this morning.
