My dog is pooping blood, not solid, very watery, and throws up every time he drinks water. He has no energy, walks around but quickly lays down. He has all his shots. What could be causing this and what should I do?

He also wants me to feed them only twice a day, but I'm concerned the 6-week-old puppy needs to eat more frequently.
