My cocker spaniel has bumps that look like warts on his back and head. They have appeared a couple of times, and brushing over them results in a lot of dry skin. The lumps are crumbly on the outside like scabs but are not the color of old blood. On his lower back, there are some small spots where the hair is missing, which I discovered when I shaved his back. What could these bumps be?

My 11-pound year-old Boston Terrier gets diarrhea for no reason. Why? What can I do? My vet gave Fast Tract but it doesn't seem to help.

My mother's 8-year-old Sheltie vomited bile, has had loose bowels, is drinking water but not eating, and had difficulty coming down the stairs. Did he get into something while outside, or is it a stomach bug that can be managed?

My dog has a puncture wound on his front left leg between the pastern and forearm. It appears that something is sticking out. Could it be a ligament? Would it be okay to clean it with peroxide and wrap it in gauze?

My father gave my dog a chocolate/vanilla cookie. The ingredients were iron, oils, fiber, and did not mention chocolate. Should I take her to the vet or do something else? She is an 8-pound Yorkie/Dachshund mix.
