My dachshund is acting strange: she has stopped barking, is not acting aggressively, has a subtle limp, is very quiet, and is squinting her eyes. She also had a little pus in the corner of her eyes and urinated inside the house. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My Yorkie has been in labor for approximately five hours. She has passed water and a small amount of blood, but no puppy has been delivered despite frequent bearing down. I checked internally and believe I felt a foot. What should I do, given that I am an hour away from the nearest emergency vet?

My mini Schnauzer, who is usually given Clomav and Prednisone, was prescribed Acepromazine for anxiety during travel. After giving her the Acepromazine, she became very limp, unsteady, and started vomiting. Her blood tests showed abnormal kidney and liver function. I have stopped her normal medications because she is not eating. Could the Acepromazine or her normal medications be causing the problem? Should I do a second set of blood tests and an X-ray to check for blockages?
