My 13-year-old dog, Gustavo, has been vomiting frothy foamy vomit with grass, has a lack of appetite, and seems sluggish but energized when going for walks. He has been adjusting to my new work schedule and has shown signs of depression since my other dog died over a year ago. What could be causing his symptoms and what steps should I take to help him?

My dog ate Desitin. She vomited multiple times and most of the food she ate hours earlier came up. She did have one big watery white throw up. But since then has drunken some water and threw up just a little bit more but seems settled right now. The dog is 15 pounds and I’m uncertain how much she ate but maybe a tablespoon worth. The last throw up was just 20 minutes ago, it was very little and it was after she drank water. Lucy, age 4, has no other issues.
