My French Bulldog, Chrome, is gasping for air sometimes. He is 12 months old. Could this be allergies or something else? What should I do?

My dog is being put down on Thursday morning due to osteosarcoma and is in a lot of pain. She has started dribbling pee uncontrollably and can't relax or sleep. I don't know how to keep her comfortable until Thursday or if I should try to get her euthanized sooner. Can dogs take morphine, and should I consider in-home euthanasia or driving her to the vet?
