My puppy Mackey was diagnosed with diarrhea and treated with Metronidazole. After finishing the medication, she started having diarrhea again, but only at night. She wakes us up twice during the night and is otherwise fine. She is still taking a probiotic with breakfast. Some people suggest her diarrhea might be due to anxiety from a recent change in routine.
