My dog, Waylon, a 3-year-old 75-pound dog, swallowed a rib bone whole yesterday afternoon at 5pm. He has been sluggish, lethargic, and refusing food or treats since then. He has also been pooping liquid blood. Should I take him to a 24/7 emergency vet?

My dog, Bean, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since Tuesday evening. The diarrhea has continued frequently, and she has vomited twice since then, once on Friday and once now. She is still drinking and behaving normally, but eats minimally on a bland diet. The vomit initially was foamy, but now contains the food she ate and little liquid. The diarrhea is orangish brown and has lessened in amount but not frequency. Could she have eaten something unusual in the yard? What should I do to help her recover?
