My dog, a 7.5-year-old, has been shaking his head, scratching his ears, and licking his paws excessively. There is some swelling in his ears but no redness or bugs visible. I've noticed dry, flaky skin and he started this behavior about three days after I started walking him. What could be causing this and what should I do to help him?
