My dog, Duke, a 2-year-old, refuses to eat his dog food, even with added chicken, and will only eat people food. He has been dry heaving bile. What could be causing this and what should I do?

On his right upper leg arm pit there is a mass of moveable lump and down on the knee area a lump like half of a golf ball size with a pink growth hanging out of it. He always lays on this leg. I thought at first it was just a fatty tumor and nothing to worry about. He is a pit and my adorable 13 year older. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about the dog?

Now, she is falling down and running into things, and she seems to have lost some feeling in her nose, causing her to snort up water when she drinks.
