What are the symptoms of pyometra in a bitch that has never been bred?

My 3-year-old Labrador leaks urine a lot. It looks like yellow concentrated urine. He doesn't rush to go outside in the morning, but the bed has spots of urine with a strong odor, and it often drips on the floor. He is not neutered yet. Could that be a problem?
