My dog, a Jack Russell mix, has been lethargic and sleeping all day long. He acts like he is too tired and weak to even get up. He ate a sub sandwich with onions two days ago, but no vomiting or diarrhea. His gum color is pink, and he is eating normally. What could be causing his lethargy and what should I do?
