I am fostering a French Bulldog named Phoebe, around 8 years old. She fell into a pond a couple of days ago and is now experiencing balance issues, similar to vertigo, and keeps falling over. She is not limping and does not have a head tilt. I have only had her for two weeks, so I don't know her medical history. PetSmart gave me some ear drops, but they seem to irritate her. What could be causing her symptoms, and is there anything I can do to help her until I can take her to the vet in the morning?

Our dog, Holly, has had small hard bumps appear in the skin inside her ears for the last month. Both ears are affected, but one has more bumps. She doesn't scratch or seem bothered by them. She has been tested for leishmaniasis and takes 300mg of allopurinol daily for it. What could these bumps be and what should we do?
