My dog, Abby, has a red rash spreading on her lower belly. She licks it frequently, and I noticed the first one about 2-3 weeks ago, now there are many more. She just turned 2 and gets monthly Cytopoint injections for allergies. What could be causing the rash, and what can I do to help her?

My dog ate chocolate and has vomited four times. The dog is a 25 lb, 13+ year old named Red. He ate about half a package of cocoa truffles (full package is 8.8 oz). He vomited 1-1/2 hours ago and is currently sitting outside without appearing to be in distress. What should I do, and should I give him activated charcoal?
