My dog, Addyson, was prescribed 1/4 tablet of 25 mg sildenafil once daily for pulmonary hypertension. However, I mistakenly gave it to her every 12 hours three times. She seems fine, but I'm concerned. What should I do moving forward, and should I adjust the timing of her next dose?
