My dog, Alto, has recurrent malassezia infections causing itching and red pustules on his back. I've consulted vets for over 2 years, tried different diets including Royal Canin Anallergenic, and used various medications like oral steroids and cetirizine, but the symptoms seem to worsen. What could be causing this and what other treatments can be considered?

I just noticed a red blister on my dog's stomach, more specifically on the top of his inner thigh. I'm worried. When did you first notice the blister? Has the dog been licking or rubbing the skin? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know about the dog?

My dog, Macky, a 40-pound Wheaten Terrier, has been experiencing health issues since August, including coughing, difficulty keeping food down, and discomfort at night. She has undergone extensive testing, including X-rays, blood tests, and a scope down her throat, but no definitive cause has been found. She has been on various medications, including Pepcid AC, which helps during the day but not at night. Her diet has been switched to boiled chicken and rice, and she also takes Proin for urine incontinence and Apoquel during allergy season. What additional steps can be taken to address her nighttime discomfort and coughing?
