My dog, Archie, has had diarrhea for the last 2 days and started vomiting this evening. The vomit is foamy and watery, with food in it. He had some smoked sausage and a pound of bacon he got off the counter. He's lethargic and not himself. What could be causing this and what should I do?

How can I teach my rescue dog, Kita, not to growl, run towards, and bark at people passing by the large sliding glass windows when we are seated 10 feet away on the sofa?
