My dog, Bonnie, a 10-month-old Sheepadoodle, has inflamed, itchy, weepy skin, and is lethargic. She’s still eating but has become more sedentary. She has had a Seresto collar for 2 months, which has kept most of her free of fleas, but her belly and back legs have had a few. I’m not finding any fleas on her at the moment, but there were definitely quite a few 3-4 days ago. What could be causing this and what can I do to soothe her skin?

My dog, Tebow, a 9-year-old Australian Shepherd, ingested a significant amount of clumping cat litter yesterday evening. He has since tried to defecate unsuccessfully and vomited a small amount of dog food. Tebow weighs 55 lbs and has left-sided congestive heart failure, taking an ACE-inhibitor and 30 mg of Lasix daily. What should I do to help Tebow, and is there a risk of dehydration or other complications?

I need a caring veterinarian who will work for a small fee and can communicate via the internet. My large dog, a Great Dane mix named Sadie who is 3 years old, has had a lack of appetite, wants to eat grass, is more tired than usual, and is not very active for the past few days to a week. She may also be in pain, and I'm not certain if anyone can see her in person on the weekend. Sadie is not very trusting and may need a muzzle if she is worried. What should I do?
