My puppy, Willie, threw up once and since then has been acting weak, staring off into space, wobbling as if drunk, whining pitifully, and falling over as if too weak to hold his head up. He runs normally when going outside but returns to this state shortly after. He has done this before but not recently. What could be causing this and what should I do?
