My 8-year-old Boxer, Abby, was squinting her eye last weekend, which became red and she wouldn't open it. The next day, she was able to open it and seemed fine. After returning from vacation, her eye is now cloudy and won't open all the way. She has no known allergies, and we recently moved to an area with a lot of cottonwood. What could be causing this and what should I do?
