Our dog, Maggie, a 10-year-old border collie cross staffy, has been throwing up and having very runny frequent poops for the past week. She is lethargic, won't drink water, has a dry and hot nose, is panting a lot, and has a distended tummy. Her dinner included dog mince, dog roll, egg white, and crushed pumpkin seeds (suggested for worms). What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?

I have a 15 lb dog, about a year old, that I think has mange. It has been going on for about a month, primarily on the center of her back. She eats well, drinks plenty of water, and scratches a lot, causing her skin to dry and flake. I live in a place with many other dogs that have mange, and I can't afford a vet visit until later.
