My 16.2 lb, 14-year-old Jack Russell Terrier named Babylon has had stomach issues lately, including runny stools. I gave her 6 ml of Pepto Bismol yesterday, and she feels better and is eating well, but she hasn't had a bowel movement since. Can I safely give her milk of magnesia?
