My dog ate a squeaker on Monday or Tuesday, had diarrhea yesterday, had normal poop this morning, did not poop tonight, and now just threw up. I'm worried she might be obstructed. Should I take her to a vet now?

Our five-year-old 89 lb lab mix, Luna, just ate a half of an everything bagel with a little cream cheese. Should I induce vomiting? She is healthy with occasionally a slight elevation in SDMA that our vet is following.
