My 12-year-old dog, Sophie, has been vomiting on and off for a few days. She is not eating normally but remains playful. My wife has been out of town for two days, and our two-year-old pitbull, Jaxx, is refusing to eat. I've tried giving him a hamburger, which he has never had before except twice. Jaxx is currently on Respir, but I haven't given him his injection this week due to his lack of eating. He is still drinking plenty of water. What should I do?
