Hello! My 3-month-old dog, Bubba, has been experiencing a pulsating stomach that seems like hiccups but isn't. It started last night and stops and starts again. What could this be and what should I do?

My dog, Bailey, a 25-pound Schipperke Shih Tzu Terrier mix, has been vomiting overnight and several times today, had a mucusy stool with blood about 4 hours ago, and is now lethargic, unable to walk straight, and showing labored breathing and shivering/shaking. She has not eaten anything unusual that I am aware of. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
