My dog, Bruno, ate something unknown during a walk and has been acting differently since. I'm unsure of the quantity he ate, but he weighs over 100 pounds. It's been about 20 minutes since this happened, and he may have already vomited. Bruno is 6 years old. What should I do?

I have a 3-week-old English bulldog puppy that has started eating for shorter periods and making squealing noises. He also vomited or regurgitated milk replacer. He seems fine in an incubator with oxygen but vomited the milk replacer there as well. I'm nervous about hand feeding him due to the risk of aspiration. What should I do?
