🐕  Dog Health

My dog, Baker, a 14-year-old Irish Terrier mix, was seen last Friday due to decreased eating and drinking with some vomiting. He was given Flagyl, special food, and shots to help with nausea and vomiting. Throughout the week, he would only eat some meat (turkey and beef) but refused the special food and Flagyl. In the last couple of days, he has not been eating but has been drinking a decent amount. Today, he has thrown up bile about four times and had several bowel movements that were liquid and looked like black tar. He seems more tired than usual, has a slow walk, and was found to have a 'mass' on his spleen but couldn't determine for sure what it was due to poor intake at the time. Is there any further advice or should we take him to the vet immediately?
