My dog, Bandit, a 1-year-old, 40-pound dog, has been experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, and has a warm, dry nose. He has been less playful and has no energy. He has vomited 4 times and had diarrhea about 10 times in the past 3 days. What could be causing this and what should I do to help him?
