My dog, Narco, ate a sock about five days ago and is having trouble passing it. He has been straining to go to the bathroom, is lethargic, and has had soft bowel movements. He has eaten some food with rice and is drinking water, but he hasn't vomited since Saturday or Sunday. What should I do to help him pass the sock or should I take him to the vet?

My tiny poodle, weighing 1.1kg, ate about 1 grape yesterday. I didn't know grapes are harmful to dogs. I took her to the vet after 24 hours, where she received activated charcoal, intravenous fluids, and a liver-protective medication. Will she be alright?
