My dog, Cochise, has been experiencing recurring skin issues under his arm pits and legs, resembling hives and sometimes slightly bloody, accompanied by severe itching. This has been ongoing for the last two months. I've been using probiotics, which have helped a bit, but I'm considering switching to Visbiome. What could be causing this and what else can I do to help my dog?

I have a rescue dog named Suzy, who was spayed on 4/26. She has been licking her incision, causing it to look red and raw. She still has stitches, and I was told they should stay in for at least 2 weeks. Should I apply anything to her incision, or should I wrap a clean flour sack dishcloth around it to prevent her from licking it?
