My dog, Bayliegh, a 4-year-old pit bull, is experiencing full-body twitches, swaying when standing, vomiting, and refusing to drink water. She also has slow eye opening and whole-body twitches when touched. Could she have eaten something unusual or is this a neurological issue? What should I do?

My three-year-old Griffon has been experiencing issues such as a noticeable limp in January, which resolved after rest and medication, and more recently, difficulty jumping and shivering at night. I took her to the vet, who diagnosed grade 3 luxating patellas, which came as a surprise since previous vets had said her patellas were good for her breed. I'm concerned whether this could be intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) instead, as she had previous lumbar pain. What could be causing these symptoms, and how should I proceed?

Our French Bulldog has been throwing up ever since we were gluing glitter onto some fabric. The vomit was foamy and white at first, then liquidy, and she is somewhat lethargic. No food was in her vomit. She still drinks water but is not interested in food. We gave her milk, which she threw up as cottage cheese-like substance and then brown pieces with brown liquid. My wife found shiny crystals (like glitter) in the vomit. What could be causing this and what should we do?
