I’ve tried a thunder jacket, calming treats, and nothing is working. What should I do?

My dog, Tesla, ate at least one Oregon white truffle mushroom about 45 minutes ago. She has thrown up since then. What should I do if there is no vet available within 2 hours, and what precautions should I take in case she becomes very sick?
