My dog, Belfi, a 3-year-old mixed breed, has been diagnosed with a liver disorder (AST/GOT 73, ALT/GPT 552) and has been on a treatment regimen including milk thistle, Royal Canin hepatic food, and Orsodiol for about 1.5 months. Recently, she has developed skin issues (black spots and red pimples on her belly) and has been moaning while sleeping. I'm concerned about her health and want to know if the current treatment is appropriate and if there are any additional steps I should take to address her liver and skin issues.

My dog vomited 3 times late last night. The first time was partially undigested food with yellow bile. The other 2 times she vomited frothy mucus. She isn't moving as actively, is quieter, and didn't eat today. She is drinking. What should I do?
