Hi, our 7-year-old 92 lb boxer/shepherd mix had TPO surgery in Feb-22 and was prescribed meloxicam. The surgery went well, but she never fully regained her strength and struggled with walking. Recently, we tried giving her 15 mg of meloxicam, which initially helped her walk better and improved her appetite. However, she has recently vomited twice, is lethargic, and has lost her appetite. I'm concerned about continuing the medication and need guidance on what to do next.
