My 7-year-old dog, Scotch, has a growth on his lower belly area. I first noticed it yesterday. He has also been picky about his food since January and sometimes won't eat much at all, but he is drinking water. What could this growth be?

However, Apache is refusing to eat, even after being more active since yesterday. He has always been a finicky eater and eats slowly. What should I do to encourage him to eat?

My 3.5-year-old Golden Doodle, Buddy, has been lethargic for two days, preferring to lay around in cool places instead of playing. He needs help getting into the car, which is unusual for him. He's eating but not interested in treats, and his stool looks normal. I don't think he's in pain or ate anything unusual. Should I take him to the vet soon?
