My dog Benji, who has a heart murmur and has been on furosemide for fluid on the lungs, has been diagnosed with a collapsing trachea and an enlarged liver, possibly indicating liver disease. The vet advised discontinuing furosemide and Vetace due to potential worsening of symptoms. I just picked up an 11-week-old Pyrenees puppy from a farm. She is covered in ticks and I've used recommended shampoo and spray, followed by another bath. She has normal behavior, eating, and bathroom habits, but some spots are still red and bumpy. Is this irritation or something else?
