My 5-year-old Norwich terrier is calmly sleeping in the car, but I noticed his breath is moving very quickly, not panting. He does not seem to be in pain, his gums are pink, and he is otherwise acting normally. Should I be concerned? We are currently in the car with our infant and will not be home for several hours.
