My dog, Bliss, has a lump on her chest that is about the diameter of a cheap Bic pen. The lump is completely under the surface of her skin, moves easily with the skin, but is firmly attached at the base and doesn't wiggle. She has had cysts before and also had a malignant node removed from her hind leg years ago. Is this something I need to see my vet about?

My dog, Brownie, was recently diagnosed with diabetes and started on 8mg of Vetsulin insulin twice per day. Despite this, her blood sugar levels remain over 600, and she has been experiencing symptoms such as panting, weakness, and bloodshot eyes. I am concerned about her current condition and whether I should adjust her insulin dosage. Additionally, Brownie suddenly went partially deaf two days after starting insulin. What should I do to manage her diabetes and address her other symptoms?
