Jake, a 130-pound Great Pyrenees (9 years old), had TPLO surgery for a torn cranial cruciate ligament a couple of months ago. He is still limping but improving. He is currently on gabapentin 400 mg twice daily and was previously on Deramaxx. He has now started limping on his foreleg, and his 'wrist' joint appears more swollen on the side he is limping. Should I resume giving him Deramaxx to minimize discomfort?

My dog is shaking uncontrollably, has dark spots similar to a scabbed over rash on her stomach, a pimple-like bump near her neck, and has pain around her neck, making it hard for her to jump or go down stairs.
