My dog, Blue, has developed symptoms of atopic dermatitis, including paw licking, head shaking, skin odor, flaky skin, minor hair loss, and red irritation on the belly. The symptoms started about a week ago. He is currently taking Benadryl for dogs, which helps alleviate the symptoms. What could be causing these symptoms and what temporary solutions can I use until I can take him to the vet?
