Dusty, a dog, had an episode of gagging and acting like he was trying to throw up, with his tongue hanging out, and I thought he stopped breathing. He has had two more gagging episodes since then. He has trouble eating, which has been ongoing for about a week, and today he will not eat at all. I could not find anything in his mouth or throat. Could this be a chronic condition or something growing?
