My dog, Boru, has a reticulocyte count of 200. He was slightly anemic earlier but less so now. He had a little blood in his urine earlier but seems fine the last few days. Boru has been battling Lyme disease for the last few months. My vet seems concerned about internal bleeding and a tumor, but there is no tightness or sensitivity in his abdomen. What should I do?

I found a lump on my Shih-tzu, Savannah, on her chest area right behind her left leg. It's movable and she doesn't mind when it's touched. She is 10 years old and recently had blood work that showed she is quite healthy. Otherwise, she runs, plays, and eats well with no other issues. What could this lump be and what should I do?
